Our Check-in opens at 3pm. We are happy to provide late check-in for prior reservations.

Please note that for walk-in reservations, check-in closes at 9pm.

The front desk is open from 7 am to 9 pm everyday. 

No. There is no curfew time at the hostel.

However, guests are requested to be considerate about the other guests staying at the hostel and not disturb them at odd hours.

We accept Cash (NPR and USD) and local online paymen options (esewa, fonepay) at the hostel.

• For international travellers, a passport is mandatory for checking in at the hostel
• For Nepali nationals, any national identity proof is acceptable

We have accommodations that suit the needs and budget of every type of guest, as follows: 

• 8-bed mixed dormitory
• 4-bed female dormitory
• Private Room (Max occupancy 4pax)
• Studio apartment (Max occupancy 3pax)
• Penthouse (Max occupancy 2pax)

Any booking of more than 4 people has to be booked in advance.

Individuals above the age of 18 are allowed to stay in the hostel. Minors need to be accompanied by family members.

Yes, we provide pickup and drop service to the airport on prior request.

Yes, early check-in or late check-out can be requested by guests, acceptable only on availability. Guests are requested to confirm with the front desk.

Request for changes in the reservation can be entertained with one day’s prior notice, subject to availability. Guests are requested to confirm with the front desk.

100% Refund if cancelled by 6pm, at least one day in advance.
50% Refund if cancelled later than 6pm, at least one day in advance.
No Refund for same-day cancellations.

For guests with weekly rates, cancellation requires at least 7 days notice. For cancellation with lesser notice, daily rates are applied instead.

Smoking is not permitted in common areas or rooms. There are designated smoking areas on the hostel premises. 

We have free high-speed wi-fi facility on every floor. Guests are requested to contact the front desk for the wi-fi password.

Luggage storage exists, subject to availability.

Yes, we have a designated kitchen area where guests can cook their meals.

Guests traveling with pets are requested to inform the front desk and obtain permission prior to their arrival.

Dorms and rooms are reserved for hostel guests only. Visitors are limited only to the ground floor and cafe.

We do not provide in-house laundry services. However, we will be happy to connect you with local laundry service providers who will pick-up and drop your clothes at the hostel premises.

Possession or use of marijuana or any other recreational drug is strictly prohibited.

You can reach the hostel by taking prepaid cab or local cabs, buses, or by using local ride sharing options like tootle or pathao from the airport.

Yes, we conduct weekly events at the hostel in collaboration with the local community.

You can get a local sim from the airport on arrival with your passport. You can also get a local sim from any of the shops near the hostel. 

You can use ride-sharing apps like Tootle and Pathao to commute effortlessly to anywhere in the valley. You can create an account with a Nepali number in seconds.
